Our agency is headed by Bob Horton, a seasoned insurance agent with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Bob has worked with several different carriers over the years but is proud to finally represent the top auto insurance carrier in the country - State Farm. Bob takes his responsibility to protect the families in his community very seriously and is passionate about providing life insurance solutions to his clients. Growing up in Lebanon, Kentucky, Bob is the youngest of six children who were raised by a single mother. His mother's struggles to provide for her children taught him the value of hard work and determination, which he brings to his agency every day.
Bob is married to Melissa Horton, a Bardstown native who has worked for Heaven Hill for nearly 20 years. Together, they have two wonderful children, Ethan and Owen, who are the joy of their lives. As a family, they enjoy traveling and learning about other cultures. In his spare time, Bob enjoys deer hunting, golfing, and playing basketball.
