Community Involvement

The State of Georgia is more than just our operation hub; it is our home. Therefore, we proudly give back to the community we serve. Each year, our employees and their families take the time to contribute goods and high need items to Must Ministries. We also make it a company goal to serve the youth in our area. Year after year, we sponsor Run for The Son, a youth-led 5K that supports high school aged kids travel for international mission work. C & W Contracting also happily contributes to a variety of youth sports teams ranging from lacrosse and baseball to cheerleading and gymnastics. We encourage all of our employees to give back in their own unique way, and we are always on the lookout for new opportunities to serve those around us.

Management Team

Our management team is made up of professionals who have extensive experience in the construction industry. They are dedicated to delivering the best results for our clients and ensuring that every project exceeds expectations.

• Curtis Costley, Coach & General Manager: With more than 35 years in the construction industry, Curtis brings a wealth of experience to each project. A proud Georgia Tech alumnus with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction, he enjoys the challenge of each new job and the opportunity to meet new people and build relationships with customers and industry professionals. His strengths are value engineering, design and ensuring his team always exceeds the clients' expectations.

• Rex Terry, Short Stop & Field Operations Manager: As one of the quickest players on our team, Rex coordinates the daily activities of around 20 people at any point in time. A highly organized multi-tasker with over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, he has pretty much seen it all at one time or another. He is passionate about the positive transformation and impact of constructions projects to ultimately help build better communities.

• Chris Costley, Pitcher & Project Manager: With a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Georgia Tech, Chris is passionate about his work and committed to delivering the best results for our clients. He is an experienced project manager who has worked on numerous commercial renovation projects and is skilled in design, construction, and project management.
