Our Attorneys
Scott Kading, Sam Goodhope, and Laura Beatch are the three practicing attorneys at Kading, Kunstle & Goodhope Law. With over 85 years of collective practice experience, our attorneys have worked together for more than 30 years and are dedicated to providing our clients with the highest level of legal representation. Each attorney has their own areas of expertise, but they work collaboratively to ensure that every client receives comprehensive legal advice and support.
Scott Kading, a partner at the firm, has extensive experience in various practice areas, including business law, construction law, criminal law, family law, personal injury, real estate, workers' compensation, and wills, trusts, and estates. Sam Goodhope, also a partner, has a strong background in business law, construction law, criminal law, family law, personal injury, real estate, workers' compensation, and wills, trusts, and estates. Laura Beatch, an associate attorney, has experience in business law, construction law, criminal law, family law, personal injury, real estate, workers' compensation, and wills, trusts, and estates.

Darnel Cuperus has been employed by Kading, Kunstle & Goodhope, LLP since 1995. Cuperus grew up in Brewster, MN and graduated from National American University in Sioux Falls, SD with an Associate's degree in Legal Assistant Studies.
