Our Services

• Job Placement: Career exploration and counseling, vocational testing, transferable skills assessment, resume development, job search training, mock interviews, and return to work coordination.
• Workers' Compensation: Medical case management for workers' compensation claims in Texas and other states. Our services are tailored to meet the individual needs of each client, including medical management to insure maximum recovery from an injury and vocational rehabilitation and job placement assistance.
• Long Term Disability: We provide realistic assessments and are sensitive to the cost issues involved in evaluating employability for long-term disability clients.
• Employers: Our years of experience in human resource management and vocational rehabilitation are applied to the successful resolution of lost time injuries, including job descriptions, ergonomic assessments, and transitional work assignments.
• Legal: In addition to vocational rehabilitation services, we perform a full range of services for plaintiff and defense attorneys, including labor market research, review of medical records, assessment of wage earning capacity, and expert witness testimony.

Our Staff

Our team of professionals is led by Susan Rapant, a certified rehabilitation counselor with over 25 years of experience. She holds a Master of Arts degree in vocational rehabilitation counseling from New York University and is certified in various specialties, including disability management and case management. Susan has extensive experience in disability management and vocational rehabilitation service provision for numerous long-term disability and workers' compensation carriers, as well as longshore, DBA, and Jones Act cases.
