Our Team

Thuan "Tim" Phan, our Enrolled Agent and Managing Member, leads our team. Thuan received a B.S. from Millersville University and has been working with personal and small business income taxes since 2005. His background in real estate gives him a unique advantage over other tax preparers in handling complexities of rental real estate returns and property tax/rent rebate. Thuan is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP) and the LCAR Lancaster County Association of Realtors.

Enrolled agents are unrestricted as to which taxpayers they can represent, what types of tax matters they can handle, and which IRS offices they can practice before. They are the only federally licensed tax practitioners who specialize in taxation and also have unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS.
