Yellowhawk Tribal Health Center is a leading healthcare provider, specializing in delivering high-quality, primary care services to the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation (CTUIR) and other American Indians and Alaska Natives residing in Oregon's Umatilla and Union counties. Proudly owned and governed by the CTUIR, Yellowhawk has been a cornerstone of the community since 1996, providing essential health-related programs and services to its members.

The Tribal Health Commission and Management Team

Yellowhawk is governed by the Tribal Health Commission, a dedicated team of seven tribal members and one representative from the CTUIR Board of Trustees. Together, they work diligently to ensure that the clinic remains at the forefront of healthcare provision, continually adapting to meet the evolving needs of the community.
