Excellent Patient Care
Dr. Kim and his staff are highly rated by patients for their exceptional care and attention to detail. Poor Experience with Support Staff
However, another patient had a negative experience with the support staff, particularly the office manager and hygienist. The patient felt that the office manager was dismissive and uninterested in their concerns, and the hygienist was unfriendly, rushed, and did not follow proper infection control protocols. The patient was also upset that the doctor did not wear a facial mask during their visit.
