Providing Comfort, Strength and Guidance
At Blackburn Chapel-Martin Funeral Home, we understand that the loss of a loved one can be a difficult and emotional experience. For over 130 years, our family-owned and operated funeral home has been providing compassionate and personalized funeral services to the North Branch and surrounding areas. Our roots date back to 1882, when Isaac Blackburn began providing funeral services to the community.
Our History
Our history is built on a foundation of tradition, compassion, and a commitment to excellence. In 1929, our grandparents, Miles B. and Mildred C. Martin, began their funeral home in the Flint area of Michigan. Today, we continue to carry on that tradition with our family's third generation of funeral directors, M. Kelly Martin and Susan Martin.
