At Building Blocks Learning Center, we strive to create a nurturing environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive. As a family-owned childcare center, we are dedicated to providing high-quality care and education to children from 6 weeks to school age. Our center has been operating for 28 years, and we take pride in meeting the unique needs of each family and child in our care.
Our Programs
We offer a range of programs designed to foster the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of children. Our programs are tailored to meet the individual needs of each child, from infancy to preschool age. Our infant program focuses on nurturing the earliest days of a young child's life, providing a safe and secure environment for them to thrive. Our toddler program emphasizes social, emotional, language, and cognitive development, while our preschool program offers a fun and engaging curriculum that focuses on the whole child.
Activities
In addition to our comprehensive education program, we also offer a range of extracurricular activities designed to promote physical, emotional, and social development. Our gymnastics teacher, Broccoli, leads 30-minute tumbling and gross motor activities for children aged 2 and above. Our music extraordinaire, Miss Mary, visits all classrooms and brings her guitar to sing familiar and new songs. Toddlers and preschoolers also have the opportunity to participate in yoga classes. Our staff is committed to providing a supportive and stimulating environment that encourages children to explore, create, and learn.
Staf
Our staff is comprised of highly trained and passionate individuals who are dedicated to providing the highest level of care and education to our children. Our director, Christine Rice, is a seasoned educator with a passion for fostering a love of learning in young children. Our assistant director, Brooke, brings her expertise in preschool education to our center, while our infant, toddler, and preschool teachers are all certified in their respective fields. From music and yoga to gymnastics and more, our staff is committed to providing a well-rounded education that caters to the unique needs of each child.

The majority of reviewers praised Building Blocks Learning Center for its warm and welcoming staff, dedicated teachers, and nurturing environment. Negative Aspects
However, two reviewers had negative experiences with the center. One reviewer felt that the center was unfairly targeting their child after they complained about dirty water and skid marks on their child's underwear.
