Our Team

Our team is composed of highly skilled and experienced architects who are passionate about creating innovative and functional designs.

• Scott Specht, AIA: Scott is the founding partner of Specht Novak with over 30 years of experience designing and managing institutional, commercial, and residential projects. He is a licensed architect in Texas, New York, and many other states, and is a member of the American Institute of Architects.

• Jakeb Novak, AIA: Jakeb is a partner with two decades of design and project management experience. He is a licensed architect in Texas and Illinois, a LEED Accredited Professional, and NCARB certified.

• Travis Power, AIA: Travis is a partner with over 15 years of professional experience. He is a licensed architect in Texas and has a Bachelor of Architecture from The University of Texas at Austin.

• Britny Nicole Hernandez: Britny is an architectural designer with a Master of Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin. She is originally from Colorado and holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Colorado at Denver where she graduated with honors.

• Matt Lindsay, AIA: Matt is a project architect with over 14 years of professional experience. He received his Bachelor of Architecture at Kent State University and his Master of Architecture at Ohio State University.
