Our Team

Our team members are accomplished builders who share a common goal of delivering exceptional results. Robert W. Rawe II, our Chief Executive Officer and President, has over 33 years of experience in the construction and development industry. Ray Horta, Executive Vice President - West Region, brings 30 years of core level construction operations and business development expertise. Michelle Granlund, Vice President - Finance & Human Resources, has 27 years of experience in construction finance, accounting, and human resources.

Some of our notable projects include the Seminole Shoppes, which involved exterior renovations including a new stucco facade and new Nichiha simulated wood panels elements.
