Each floor plan includes a living room, a kitchen, a dining area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a private patio. Pet-Friendly
We understand that pets are an important part of your family, which is why we're proud to be a pet-friendly community. Our pet policy allows for up to two pets per apartment home, with a maximum weight of 55 pounds. We love cats and dogs under 55 pounds and welcome them with a deposit of $250.00 and an additional $25.00 a month in pet rent.

Disappointing Experience
The author, Connie Cartier, had a horrific experience at Forest Ridge. She mentioned that the place was filled with crime and was run-down, with dirty carpets, and even received a towed car notice. She felt that the management was incompetent and unfair, leading her to never return.
Exceptional Customer Service

They praised her professionalism, attentiveness to their needs, and her ability to make them feel welcome. The community's maintenance team was also commended for their prompt response to maintenance requests. The pool area was found to be clean and quiet, and the overall ambiance of the complex was peaceful. The office staff was praised for their helpfulness and willingness to assist residents.
Phone Etiquette
