In 1985, Pietro, alongside his son Jim, brought the Pietro's magic to the heart of Wine Country when they opened Pietro's of Lodi. The family recipe-a blend of quality ingredients, unwavering commitment to customer service, and deep respect for their dedicated staff-remained the cornerstone of their success.
