Renovation Experience
The renovation company had a bumpy start, but one reviewer had a mostly positive experience. Ray R. gave the company 5 stars and praised the professionalism of the staff. He called multiple companies, but the remodeling pro from this company was quick to respond, visiting his home within a week. The team leader, Ed, was knowledgeable and caring about Ray's project, taking measurements and preparing a bid promptly. Although the price was higher than some of the other bids, Ray felt comfortable with Ed and chose to go with the company. The crew, consisting of Keith and Jon, was efficient, clean, and respectful of Ray's pets. They completed the bathroom renovation within a week, transforming it from outdated to modern.
On the other hand, Terry B. had a disappointing experience. They scheduled an appointment in late September to discuss a kitchen and bathroom remodel, but the representative failed to follow through. Terry received an email from the man saying he would be out of town until October 8th and would finish the estimate when he returned. However, there was no further communication, leaving Terry feeling frustrated and ignored.
