Senior Care Insurance Services, Inc. is one of the leading long-term care insurance agencies in Wisconsin. Founded in 1988 by Bill Kumpf, the agency has been instrumental in pioneering long-term care insurance with the public and the insurance community. Bill Kumpf, with over thirty years of experience in the life and health insurance industry, recognized the urgent need for a product that would help protect a person's dignity and estate later in life. Since Medicare and Medicaid do not cover long-term care costs, long-term care insurance emerged as the ideal solution. Consequently, Senior Care Insurance Services, Inc. was formed to specialize in long-term care insurance and Medicare supplement insurance.

Bill Kumpf- President, Senior Care Insurance Services, Inc.

Bill Kumpf has published several technical long-term care articles, testified before Wisconsin legislative committees on long-term care matters, served for six years on the Wisconsin Insurance Commissioner's "Life and Disability Advisory Council", and was appointed by Governor Thompson to the "Wisconsin National Community Service Board". He has also served as a certified continuing education instructor on long-term care insurance for state licensing requirements for Wisconsin life and health insurance agents. Bill has conducted hundreds of seminars on long-term care insurance for consumer groups, insurance professionals, and financial planners, making him an acknowledged expert in the field.

Kevin Kumpf- Long Term Care Specialist, Senior Care Insurance Services, Inc.

Kevin Kumpf has been a long-term care specialist since 1988. He joined his father, Bill Kumpf, in the business in 1995. Before coming on board with Senior Care, Kevin worked for the State of Wisconsin Insurance Commissioner's Office. He has spent several years selling long-term care insurance, making him an experienced and knowledgeable professional in the field.

Our Previous Work

From January 1999 through May 2011, Senior Care Insurance Services, Inc. of Madison served as the marketing agency for the State of Wisconsin, Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF) approved Long Term Care Insurance plan through the John Hancock Life Insurance Company. Senior Care is proud to announce our new long-term care product, Transcare II by Transamerica Insurance Company. We will continue to service any questions and concerns with all previous John Hancock long-term care policies we have sold.
