Our Practice

We are a pediatric dental practice devoted to caring for the dental health of children in Rome and Northwest Georgia. We also screen for oral cancer and perform oral exams to identify any potential issues early on.

Our Dentist

Our pediatric dentist, Alicia Mize Rix, DMD, is a native of Rome, Georgia. She graduated from Model High School in 1983, received her Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Sciences from Shorter College in 1987, and earned her DMD degree from the Medical College of Georgia in 1991. Dr. Rix completed a two-year residency program in Pediatric Dentistry at MCG Hospital and Clinics in 1993 and began her practice in Rome the same year. She is happily married to John Rix and has two children, Anna Kate and Sam. Faith and family are the most important things in her life.
