FXD Construction is a company based in Coral Gables, Florida, that is dedicated to providing high-quality construction services throughout South Florida. Owner & President: Xavier Durana

Xavier Durana, the President and Owner of FXD Construction, has extensive experience in the development and construction industries, having worked in the field since 2000. He has a background in commercial, residential, and historical preservation projects. As the President and Owner of FXD Construction, Mr. Durana is actively involved in the business development and construction operations of the company. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida, as well as a minor in Business Administration. Mr. Durana is a Certified Florida Licensed General Contractor. He was raised in Coral Gables and is a proud graduate of the International Baccalaureate Program at Coral Gables High School. He resides in Coral Gables with his wife and two children. Mr. Durana also serves on the Coral Gables Historic Preservation Board, the Coral Gables Tour of Kitchen Fundraiser for the Coral Gables Community Foundation, and is a member of the Merrick Society.

Vice President & Director of Field Operations: Raymond Mendez

Raymond Mendez, the Vice President of FXD Construction, is a Miami native who graduated from Belen Jesuit Preparatory School and is an active Alumni member. He has worked in the construction industry, overseeing construction developments since 2003. Mr. Mendez's experience is in multifamily housing, commercial build-outs and custom high-end residential projects. As Vice President, Raymond oversees the daily field operations of all ongoing projects for the company and ensures that we uphold high-quality standards and customer satisfaction. Mr. Mendez is a Certified Florida Licensed Residential Contractor.
