G&S Construction is a family-owned and operated home construction company based in South Lake Tahoe, California. With a deep-rooted history in the construction industry, Garrick Terrell, the founder of G&S Construction, learned the construction trade from his grandfather, Richard Terrell, at a young age. Garrick's skills and passion for construction led him to South Lake Tahoe, where he has been building and renovating homes for over a decade. G&S Construction specializes in all aspects of residential construction, including new home construction, large remodels, demolition and re-builds.
