The Valdosta-Lowndes County Family YMCA has been a cornerstone of the local community for many years, providing a wide range of programs and services that cater to people of all ages and backgrounds. Our Services

At the Valdosta-Lowndes County Family YMCA, we offer a diverse range of programs and services that are designed to meet the needs of our community. Our fitness center is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, and we offer a variety of group fitness classes, personal training sessions, and specialized programs for seniors, youth, and individuals with special needs. In addition to our fitness and aquatic programs, we also offer a range of community-based programs and services, including the Champions League, Golf Tournament, Gymnastics Team, Lean Teen Leaders, and Y360! - Virtual Y Swim Team.
