Our Practice

Our goal is to offer the highest quality of care to our patients, treating each individual with the warmth and personal attention that we would want from our own doctors. We have been fortunate to receive the highest education from the most skilled mentors in the world in the fields of medicine and dermatology. Both of our doctors are trained in internal medicine, a rare quality among dermatologists, and are graduates of Ivy-league schools.

About Our Team

Dr. Eva Simmons-O'Brien is a board certified dermatologist and an Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She received her undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College and her medical degree from Yale University in 1988. She completed residency training in both medicine and dermatology at the Johns Hopkins Hospital, where she also served as full-time faculty for both departments from 1993-1998. Dr. Simmons-O'Brien is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, a member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the Women's Dermatologic Society. She has also served as a consultant to the dermatologic and ophthalmic division of the Food and Drug Administration, as well as Vice Chair of the Dermatology Foundation.

Dr. Diane Orlinsky is a board certified dermatologist and an Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She received her undergraduate degree from Columbia College, Cum Laude, and her medical degree with honors from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She completed residency training in both internal medicine and dermatology at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Orlinsky is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, a member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. She has served as the Alpha Omega Alpha Councilor for the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and Vice-Chair for the Maryland chapter of the Dermatology Foundation.
