Parking and Pet Policy

A one-time non-refundable $250 pet fee and a monthly pet rent of $60 apply to dogs, with a weight limit of 40 lbs and a maximum of one pet allowed per unit. Cats are also welcome for a $60 monthly pet rent, with a one-pet limit permitted per unit.
