Our journey began when Clark Fregien and Jerry Harr, two ambitious carpenters, decided to make a change in the local construction industry. Over the years, their combined skills and dedication to excellence have helped us build a thriving business. In 2008, Clark Fregien decided to retire, leaving the company in the capable hands of Charles Ferrell, Stephen Seibly, and Harold Jones. Under their leadership, we have successfully grown and expanded into new markets. Today, F&H Construction is a leading commercial contractor headquartered in Lodi, California, with a large team of incredibly talented and highly skilled employees both in California and Hawaii.
