Reviews
Positive: Some patients had positive experiences with the staff and doctor, praising their professionalism, kindness, and thoroughness. However, this was not universally true.
Negative: Several patients had negative experiences with appointment scheduling, staff competence, and treatment, citing issues with insurance, communication, and follow-up.

Appointment Scheduling and Waiting Time

Some patients experienced issues with appointment scheduling and waiting times. Cassidy Blaiss was given the wrong appointment time and had to fill out paperwork, only to be told that they needed to fill out different paperwork after being taken back. Additionally, another patient was allowed to be seen before them. Melody made an appointment and only received a text reminder, without a confirmation email.

Staff and Doctor Competence

Staff were praised by some patients, with Mel Rose describing the reception area as "kind" and Jessica, the PA, as "thorough and listened to everything I said". Gilberto P. Bermudez was also pleased with the staff, stating that they were "gentle". However, other patients had negative experiences with staff, with Junk Mail accusing them of treating them like a "drug seeker" and Diana Lettkeman experiencing scheduling mishaps and being put on hold for long periods.

Treatment and Services

Patients had varying opinions on the treatment and services provided. Cassidy Blaiss was told that their insurance was out of network and would have to pay cash price for epidural injections, which was deemed "unethical" and "borderline insurance fraud". In contrast, Mel Rose was impressed with the thoroughness of the assessment and the doctor's explanation of her pain. Dale Drake and Kris Hartman also praised the doctor for their professionalism and the thoroughness of their treatment process.

Communication and Follow-up

Some patients experienced issues with communication and follow-up. Island Life was left without a face-to-face appointment after their initial meeting with the doctor and had to rely on Zoom or What's App appointments. They also expressed frustration with the lack of attention to acute pain episodes and the doctor's failure to provide appropriate treatment.
