Our Firm's History

Our firm was founded by Stuart E. Shelton, a seasoned personal injury attorney with over 30 years of experience. Stuart, also known as "Stu, " opened his law firm in 2013 with the goal of providing personalized legal representation to injured individuals and holding wrongdoers accountable. With the help of his two sons, Eric and Evan, and his older brother, retired judge Steve, Stu has created a firm culture that is centered around compassion, empathy, and a deep understanding of the complexities of personal injury law.
