Negative Experiences
There are several reviews that express negative experiences with the child care facility. Regina Steemer, a former parent, shared an incident with the Director, Sandra Deleon, where she attempted to unlawfully terminate her child from the facility. Regina felt that Sandra was petulant, combative, and patronizing, and questioned her ability to lead the facility. Regina also stated that she believed Sandra's position was due to her personal relationship with the owner.

On the other hand, there are many positive reviews from satisfied parents who have had excellent experiences with the child care facility. Keyna Mason, Perry Queen, Free As Sunshine, Amelia McGee, Cassidy Russell, and K. Temple all praised the facility, saying that their children were well cared for, loved, and learned a lot. They appreciated the facility's diverse and inclusive environment, the staff's professionalism, and the activities provided for the children.
