Kitchen and Bath Renovations
We love working on renovations! Taking an old kitchen or bath and bringing it up to date with modern techniques and convenience is one of our favorite things to do. It's an opportunity to put new life into an old space and make it a part of the family that owns the home now. We work hard to blend in new cabinetry with the existing architecture and create a functional and comfortable place to live.
Built-In Furniture
Built-in cabinetry is an extension of the storage space in the home. Generally, it looks as if it has always been in the room. Our built-in cabinets help to hide items in some areas and help to display items in others. These cabinets help to fill in the empty space in a home and create functional storage.
New Construction
New construction has many benefits when it comes to creating new spaces with custom cabinetry. The opportunity to build your dream kitchen is a simple process when working with a design team. The design process is more streamlined, and we will work with your team to create the perfect space for you and your family.
Our Process
At Brandon Parrow Cabinetmakers, we take pride in our step-by-step design process. Here's an overview of what you can expect when you work with us:
Initial Consultation
We'll start by discussing your project, listening to your needs, and creating a list of desired options. We'll visit the site to review the existing conditions and overall changes that are being made in the space. Once we have a good understanding of your project, we will create a retainer amount that will be required to start the drawings.
Preliminary Designs
We'll create different scenarios with your goals in mind. Once the scope is defined, we'll set a budget and time frame. Upon approval, we'll move on to the next phase. Any changes to the scope after approval has been made will result in a change order.
Working Drawings
We'll develop drawings to prepare the space to accept the new cabinetry. These plans will be available to everyone involved, including the homeowner, contractor, architect, interior designer, electrician, plumber, heating & air, countertop & tile companies. Once all parties have signed off, construction will begin.
Construction & Installation
Our craftsmen will create the new cabinets according to the plans. When complete, we'll send it to the finish shop. This is a state-of-the-art facility located off-site. They generally need 2-4 weeks to complete this process. We will then deliver to the job site and prepare for the installation team to take over. The installation time will vary due to the complexity of each project, generally 1 to 2 weeks.
