Our Story

Our journey began with Michael Krassenstein, who has been working in public accounting since 1962. A graduate of Temple University and Overbrook High School, Mike has been licensed in Pennsylvania since 1968. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in accounting and tax preparation, having worked with clients for 40 years or more, including family members and their children. Michael's dedication to his clients is unparalleled, and his loyal client base is a testament to his exceptional service.

Ronald A. Unger, our other partner, is a graduate of Central High School, University of Pennsylvania, and Temple University. With an MBA degree and a concentration in accounting from Temple University, Ron has been licensed in Pennsylvania since 1984. Before forming Krassenstein & Unger, Ron worked as an accountant for various firms, including those of Michael Krassenstein. Ron is also a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and has taught accounting at several colleges in the Philadelphia area.
