• Boundary Surveys: We determine the integrity of the parcel and show the exact property limits and any easement locations for utilities, driveways, or buildings.

• Residential Site Design: We design your residential house lot to achieve what you have in mind while adhering to local and state regulations.

• Subdivision Design: For both commercial and residential parcels, our subdivision services will include the lot layout of the home, building access, roadways, drainage design, utilities location, and septic system placement.

• Septic Systems: We can design and handle the permitting process for your septic system with the appropriate design features, pursuant to the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services' regulations.

• Shoreland Permits: Our professional, licensed staff have the expertise to secure permits for sites within the Comprehensive Shoreland Protection Zone (250 feet from large water bodies) in accordance with potential local requirements and New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services requirements.

• Flood Elevation Surveys: The FEMA County/Local Flood Insurance Rate Map determines if your property is located in the 100-year flood zone and may require flood insurance. We can survey for flood elevations and provide the necessary documentation for flood insurance purposes.
