Design Approach

2. Written Proposal: We develop a written proposal that defines the scope of the project and includes a cost estimate based on an hourly rate and estimated requirement of time. Client approval is required before the project begins.

3. Site Analysis: We observe the site's characteristics, photograph the property, and gather additional measurements and key information.

4. Progress Meetings: We introduce a concept plan and exchange ideas between the client and designer. Client approval of the design direction is obtained at this stage.

5. Final Design: We present a final design in an AutoCAD generated format. A color rendered plan can be provided upon request.
