For over 80 years, our team has been dedicated to designing, developing, and expanding Solana, our in-house brand of luxury apartment communities with extensive amenities. We are uniquely positioned to provide full-scale development and construction services through our affiliate, Reylenn Construction Company. Our specialization in multi-family development, general contracting, and development services allows us to offer a comprehensive range of services from project conception through delivery to the market.

In addition to building all of our own Solana projects, Reylenn Construction is a construction company that has currently completed approximately 4,000 units for its clients.
