Disappointing Experiences
Some customers have had negative experiences with Karen Bishwaty and Jose Rosario, the real estate agents. Karen Bishwaty was described as "extremely rude" and hung up on a customer while they were mid-sentence, despite being willing to rent a property. Similarly, Jose Rosario received a verbal tirade when a customer called to discuss maintenance issues with a property he was listing. The property had been on the market for over half a year and had become a nuisance to nearby residents, with overgrown grass and weeds attracting vermin.

Sean was described as "highly professional" and "excellent", and Amanda was praised for her work in selling a house quickly and efficiently.
