Our scale of projects varies from $50,000 to $5 million and from 500 sq/ft to 50,000 sq/ft. We also provide customized fee structures based on the scope of the project, including $5 per sq/ft for drawings of existing buildings, $10 per sq/ft for drawings of renovated spaces, and $15 per sq/ft for new designs.

Construction Services

Sugar Hill Construction focuses on residential additions, renovations, and basement conversions, as well as commercial tenant improvements. Our construction projects range from $50,000 to $2 million and from 500 sq/ft to 50,000 sq/ft. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality results while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction.

Expert Witness Services

In addition to our architectural and construction services, we also offer expert witness consultation for construction defect litigation. Our team can provide investigation and site inspections, report of opinions, deposition testimony, and destructive testing services. We charge $300 per hour for expert witness services and $200 per hour for technical staff and $100 per hour for administrative staff, with a 30% markup on materials.
