Our team has successfully completed over 100 dealership projects, ranging from a 15,000-square-foot Volvo store to a 245,000-square-foot BMW dealership.

Some of our notable projects include the Guthrie Laboratory Theater, the renovation of a historic mansion for Bolder Options, the Valley Fair Summer Housing, and the Minnesota Opera Production Center. Phillips Architects & Contractors, LTD. has extensive experience in designing and constructing dealership facilities that meet our clients' needs. Our team has completed projects such as the Walser Subaru in Burnsville, Minnesota, which is the first LEED-certified Subaru dealership in America and the first LEED-certified dealership in Minnesota. We have also worked on projects for Nissan of Omaha, Nebraska, BMW of Minnetonka, and Walser Buick GMC Roseville.
