Our trainers are dedicated professionals with extensive experience in the fitness industry. Tim Vicchrilli, our owner and trainer, has a background in professional football and is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Mike Sarver, another experienced trainer, has been a fitness enthusiast for over 35 years and is ACE certified. Both trainers are passionate about helping individuals achieve their fitness goals.
