Our Services
Our services are designed to cater to clients of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. We offer private and small group sessions, as well as online training programs, all tailored to meet the individual needs of our clients. Our training programs incorporate a combination of Clinical Pilates, flexibility, cardiovascular, core stability, balance, and strength training, using a variety of training modalities, including Clinical Pilates equipment, medicine balls, TRX, free weights, Smith machine, body bars, dumbbells, and custom-made balancing equipment.
The Zen Method
Our proprietary method, created by Dr. Traci Navarro, focuses on Corrective Exercise to correct dysfunction and injury, followed by ability to move through bio-mechanical range of motion within the Human Movement System with no pain. Our Corrective Evaluation process identifies dysfunction in the nervous system, skeletal system, and muscular system, developing a direct plan of action to eliminate pain and injury.
Injury Prevention and Consulting
Dr. Navarro's expertise in injury prevention and consulting services helps clients prevent and recover from injuries. She specializes in putting the body back to its correct structural position, diminishing or eliminating soft tissue and joint pain.
Giving Back
At Zen Pilates and Fitness, we care about our community and the planet. We have partnered with CLS Agency, located in Fremont, to raise money to help adults with disabilities. We also practice eco-friendliness in our studio, using energy-efficient lights and appliances, recycling, and minimizing waste.
