Overall Disappointment
The reviews provide a mixed bag of experiences, ranging from disappointment to frustration. While some patients had positive interactions with their healthcare providers, others experienced subpar service and poor communication.
Communication Issues
Several authors expressed frustration with the lack of communication throughout their treatment process. Lorilee Everleth was disappointed not to be seen by her original provider, and Emily VanDegrift struggled with confusing billing and payment issues. TheMiss Tn felt that the company dropped the ball in terms of communication, from scheduling to post-operative instructions.
Physical Therapy
While physical therapy was a positive experience for some patients, such as C. Pipe and Equinoxsss K., others had mixed results. Emily VanDegrift's physical therapist, Randy, worked wonders for her shoulders and neck, but the billing issues were a major concern. Equinoxsss K.'s wrist injury did not improve with physical therapy, and Dr. Downs seemed uninterested in discussing future treatment options.
Procedure-Related Issues
Several patients had issues with their medical procedures. Felix Munger experienced painful and unprofessional treatment, including the use of rusty pliers without anesthesia. Emily VanDegrift's surgery was successful, but the physical therapy billing issues were unacceptable. TheMiss Tn expressed disappointment with the lack of communication and guidance during the surgical process.
