Our team, led by the experienced and dedicated Principal Architect, Jeanne Ratcliffe-Gagliano, has been serving the South Puget Sound region since 1997.

Our journey began when Jeanne fell in love with the natural beauty, historic charm, and small-town feel of Gig Harbor in 1990. She started her design firm from home while raising her two children, and through her hard work and dedication, she has grown the firm into the successful five-person team it is today.

Located in the heart of downtown Gig Harbor, we are committed to delivering creative, responsible, and sustainable building design solutions. Our team is equipped with the latest 3D visualization software, which allows us to work closely with our clients to make the building design process as smooth, efficient, and enjoyable as possible.

Our Team

At Ratcliffe Gagliano Architecture, we believe that our team is our greatest asset. Each member of our team brings their unique skills, talents, and experiences to the table, allowing us to provide a comprehensive range of architectural design services to our clients.

Jeanne Ratcliffe-Gagliano, our Principal Architect, has over 30 years of experience in commercial and residential building design. She received her Master's Degree in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley, and has been a Washington State Licensed Architect since 1997. Jeanne is known for her ability to collaborate well with community members, clients, and consultant team members to find creative architectural design solutions.

Jeremy Broderick, our Project Architect, joined the team in 2019. He has a passion for drawing and building, and he has a background in construction. Jeremy is licensed as an Architect in the State of Washington and received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Roger Williams University.

Brandon Swan, our Project Designer and BIM Manager, has been with the team since 2016. He has extensive design and drafting experience and is skilled in CAD/BIM management. Brandon is passionate about visual worship and enjoys traveling and photography.

Nick Kostal, our Project Designer, joined the team in 2018. With over five years of experience as a Designer and Project Manager, Nick brings his understanding of commercial, mixed-use, and residential projects to our design team. His passion for innovative space planning helps in understanding our clients' goals and providing creative design solutions to realize their vision.

Crisanna Jones, our Office Coordinator, joined the team in 2020. She has many years of architectural administrative experience and a background in interior design. Crisanna is passionate about sustainability and enjoys running, printmaking, and exploring Gig Harbor with her family.

Codi Ruff, our Architecture Intern, joined the team in June 2023. She helps with the design and drafting needs of the firm and enjoys going to concerts, sewing, walking her dog, and painting.
