Our Story

Founded in 2011, Biro Dominican Salon has a rich history of providing excellent service and products to our customers. Our owner, Rosa, has a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) and a Master's in Color. With years of research and study of the Dominican Salon market in Montgomery and Prince George Counties, Rosa brought her expertise to Rockville, Maryland, opening the doors to our salon in 2011.

At Biro Dominican Salon, we are committed to giving back to our community. We partner with Crittenton Services of Greater Washington DC to support the education and protection of our children. We believe that empowering girls to overcome obstacles and achieve their dreams is essential for a brighter future.

Hours of Operation

We are open Tuesday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
