At INI Plumbing and Heating LLC, we are dedicated to providing energy-efficient solutions for homes and businesses in the greater Northern Michigan area. Our team of skilled professionals is licensed and insured, and we are proud to be a Better Business Bureau (BBB) Accredited business.

Our company was founded by Irvin Daley, a master plumber with over 25 years of experience in the plumbing industry. Irv's passion for quality plumbing and heating has led him to obtain numerous certifications, including master plumber, mechanical contractor, plumbing contractor, and boiler installer. He has also completed additional programs such as authorized Fujitzu installer and back flow testing.

Irv founded INI Plumbing and Heating LLC in 2013 with his wife, Lori, after recognizing the need for a plumbing and heating company that could provide the time, care, and attention to detail necessary to complete each project to its fullest potential. Since then, we have been working closely with local contracting companies and suppliers to ensure that every job is done right.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of services designed to meet the plumbing, heating, and cooling needs of both residential and commercial clients. Some of the services we provide include:

• Plumbing: All water and air driven needs, including kitchen, bathroom, and more.
• Heating: Furnaces, boilers, in-floor heating, mini splits. We use energy-efficient equipment to maximize your savings.
• Cooling and Refrigeration: Air conditioning, minisplits (Fujitsu certified). Food industry refrigeration licensed.
• CSD 1 and Backflow Testing: Combustion Safety Device testing of boilers. Recommended to be checked annually. Testing of irrigation backflow and other equipment on city water supplies. INI is a Certified tester.
• Contracting Services: We partner with local contractors to aid in the remodeling of kitchen, bath, utility room.
• Financing Options: We partner with FTL to allow financing options for your convenience.

Our clients vary from food industry, medical offices, to manufacturing facilities.
