Founded in 1974, our law firm has been serving the southeastern area of Louisiana with dedication and commitment. Our founder, Richard E. Regan, took over the reins from his father, Richard T. Regan, in 1995, and has since then built a reputation for excellence in the field of real estate law. Alongside his partner, Cyril Burk Jr., Rick Regan has worked tirelessly to ensure that every transaction is handled with utmost care, precision, and professionalism.
