Our Founder - Rick Linn

Linn Heating & Air was founded 26 years ago by Rick Linn, who remains the owner of the company to this day. Rick's extensive experience in the HVAC industry, combined with his belief in the importance of friendly, quality service, has been instrumental in the success of the business. Rick's journey in the HVAC field began with an associate's degree and four years with Laclede Gas Service Department. With the support of his family, they took the leap of faith to open Linn Heating & Air Conditioning, with Rick handling service calls during the day and working nights, while his wife managed the phones, paperwork, and took care of their three children. Today, the company has grown with two locations, serving both the Florissant and Lincoln County areas.
