Hidden Garden Weddings and Events is a part of the esteemed Western Gardens Center family, which has been a leading provider of plant solutions in Utah for over 60 years. Recognizing the need for stylish and affordable event services, we expanded our offerings to include weddings and other celebrations. Our first event was held in the spring of 2017, and since then, we have become a popular venue for various gatherings in the West Valley City area. Our charming and convenient location, along with our personalized service and a wide range of amenities, make us an ideal choice for those looking for a memorable experience.
Venue and Capacity
Our venue has a flow-through reception space that can accommodate 300-450 guests, while wedding ceremonies can comfortably host up to 125 guests. For sit-down meals, we can accommodate 125 people. Our spacious and comfortable event center features plants, furniture, fountains, chandelier lighting, and festive lighting, along with charming miniature plant lights. Our space is designed to offer the perfect blend of elegance and comfort, while providing you with a memorable setting for your special occasion.
Reservations and Pricing
To reserve a date, we require a non-refundable payment of $500 and a signed event reservation agreement. We do not hold dates without both payment and signature. Pricing is subject to change, but it is guaranteed once you reserve. Our event pricing for Friday and Saturday is $2495, with a discounted rate of $1995 for Wednesday and Thursday, and $1,495 for Monday and Tuesday. Additionally, we provide a discount for those who book 3-6 months in advance.
Included Amenities
Our base rental price includes the following amenities:
- Sole use of Hidden Garden event center
- Up to a 4-hour reception, plus one hour of dressing and setup time
- Our comfortable venue, including plants, furniture, fountains, chandelier lighting, festival lights, and miniature plant lights
- An event planner for suggestions, ideas, event plans, and time management
- Two hosts from start to finish (for venue preparation, setup, and cleanup)
- Nine guest tables, each with nine chairs
- Linens for included package tables, with three style options and 50+ color choices
- Specialty linens available for upgrade
- Additional guest tables and chairs available (additional cost)
- Table centerpieces (wreaths and candles)
- Cake table with poly linen and topper, along with an adjoining serving table
- Two food buffet tables with poly linens and toppers
- Food prep room
- Sound system for background music, dancing, or speaking with a wireless microphone
- 60-inch HDTV and DVD player
- Guest sign-in table (guest book not included)
- Bride's elegant dressing room
- Groom's dressing room, later doubling as a children's room, including DVD player and TV
- Plenty of free parking and a parking attendant
- 20 three-foot-long sparklers for your departure
Ceremonies and Additional Services
For an additional charge of $495, we can accommodate ceremonies with your reception. This includes a rehearsal, if desired. We also offer the option for same-day meals (additional cost, food not included) and allow you to choose your caterer. Self-catering is allowed, and alcohol is permitted through a licensed and insured bartender.
