Company History

Sandy Dixon founded Turn Key Construction Management, Inc. in 2007 as a one hundred percent woman owned Construction Company. Over the years, the scale and complexity of our projects have grown from a few hundred square feet and a few thousand dollars in construction costs to projects such as the Arkansas State Police Headquarters, which is 46,000 SF and $14 million. Our ability to continue to have satisfied clients has not changed, and we firmly believe that our reputation is built one satisfied client at a time.
