We offer a variety of massage and reflexology services to meet the unique needs of each client. Our licensed massage therapist, Carolyn Cullity LMT, has over 10 years of experience in the industry and is certified in a range of techniques, including Neuromuscular Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, and Myofascial Release.

Types of Massage

Neuromuscular Trigger Point Therapy: A specialized technique that targets specific areas of tension in the muscles to relieve pain and reduce muscle spasms.
Deep Tissue Massage: A technique that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to relieve pain and stiffness.
Swedish Relaxation Massage: A gentle and soothing technique that promotes relaxation and reduces stress.
Sports Massage: A specialized technique designed for athletes and individuals who engage in regular physical activity to improve flexibility and reduce muscle soreness.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a technique that maps the body onto the feet, hands, and outer ears. It is based on the principles that there are specific reflexes on the body that correspond to specific organs and glands. Reflexology stimulates these areas to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve overall health.

We understand that everyone's schedule is unique, which is why we offer a variety of appointment times to fit your needs. Whether you're looking for a quick 30-minute session or a longer 90-minute session, we have you covered.

30 minutes: $40
60 minutes: $65
90 minutes: $90
120 minutes: $115
Reflexology: 1 hour $60 / 90 minutes $85
Chair Massage: $60/hour with a minimum of 2 hours
Gift Certificates available

Hot Towel/Sugar Scrub Foot Massage: $15 (additional 20-minute service)

Travel Fees

No travel fee for the Lakeland/Winter Haven areas.
