Our Story

Coleman Printing Company, a cornerstone of the Peoria area print industry, boasts a rich history dating back to the 1950s. Our story began humbly, with Coleman Bullington establishing the company in an East Peoria garage. He served the local businesses diligently, forging a reputation for quality and reliability. As word of his expertise spread, his clientele expanded to include notable names like ABC Washing Machines, Hagerty Steel, and TPW Railroad.

In 1978, Larry Dunn, a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the forms division of Burroughs Corporation, started Forms Design Plus. Leveraging his years of industry knowledge, he quickly grew his business into a successful force in the forms printing sector.

Recognizing the synergy between their businesses and a shared commitment to customer satisfaction, Larry Dunn and Coleman Bullington came together in 1981. They forged a partnership that saw Coleman Printing integrated into Forms Design Plus.

Under Larry Dunn's leadership, the company moved to its current location on War Memorial Drive. Here, it continued to serve the community, building upon the legacy established by Coleman Bullington while expanding its service offerings.

Cutting to the present day, in 2012, Jeff Brockamp, a seasoned printing professional with a breadth of experience spanning from bindery to plant management, acquired Coleman Printing from Larry Dunn. Jeff, driven by a passion for upholding the company's integrity and exceeding customer expectations, steered Coleman Printing into a new era.

Today, Coleman Printing stands as a testament to the enduring power of hard work, dedication, and a commitment to quality. We are proud to continue serving the Peoria community, building upon the solid foundation laid by three generations of dedicated printers.
