Curt is a founding partner of the firm and is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Texas. He is also admitted to practice before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Curt is committed to helping those who are most deserving of focused legal services and has achieved an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

Troy "Trey" S. Martin, III, Partner

Trey is an entrepreneur, businessman, and trial lawyer with over 30 years of experience. His deep understanding of business operations and extensive education in business and law make him a valuable asset to the firm. Trey focuses on commercial and banking litigation and is dedicated to serving our clients.

Jacob D. Cukjati, Partner

Jacob primarily focuses on serious personal injury claims. He has honed his skills in briefing and research on a large docket of complex product defect cases. Jacob is dedicated to fighting for the rights of those who have been injured due to someone else's negligence.

Alec Perez, Associate

Alec is an associate attorney with the firm and began working as a law clerk while completing his law school education. His practice is devoted 100% to litigation, with a focus on complex commercial litigation and personal injury cases. Alec has additional experience in civil appeals and original proceedings.
