  • The Special Needs Database: This online platform allows users to search for providers, services, and resources in their area.
  • The Roadmap to Success: This comprehensive guide provides resources, information, and tools to help families make informed decisions about their loved one's care.
  • Leadership Opportunities: Our Navigator Project empowers Georgians with disabilities or special healthcare needs to take an active role in shaping their own future.
