Our History

Phoenix Engineering was founded in 1989 by John Heinrichs and Herbert Plitt as an engineering firm focused on Transportation and Land Development. Since then, we have grown to become Baltimore County's premier MBE/WBE/DBE company, with a proven track record of success in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
