One example of our hospitality work is The Foundry Restaurant, a custom location in the historic Manchester Millyard. Designed by Jordan Design, the interior of The Foundry features a warm, inviting atmosphere with a modern, industrial aesthetic. Another example is the Bedford Grand hotel, a newly-constructed boutique lodging designed by our team.

Corporate

At Jordan Design, we have extensive experience in corporate design, from small office spaces to large commercial buildings. Our corporate designs are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, with a focus on functionality, accessibility, and aesthetic appeal.

One example of our corporate work is the new entrance for DEKA Research & Development Corp. Designed by Jordan Design, the entrance converts historic mill space into modern functionality, with a reception and conference area that stands out in the massive Manchester Millyard.

Recent Projects

Some of our recent projects include:

  • Workforce Housing in Merrimack, NH: We are proud to be working on another great Workforce Housing project with NeighborWorks Southern New Hampshire. These 45 units in Merrimack, NH will be online and ready for occupancy Fall 2020.
  • Pocket Neighborhood Nears Completion: Rollins court, our first Pocket Neighborhood, is nearing completion in Concord, NH. Rollins court is a pocket neighborhood consisting of eight dwelling units built around a central communal courtyard, nature walk, public gardens, and community gathering spaces.
  • Bienvenue Project lands magazine cover: Our historic renovation project (Bienvenue Condominiums) landed on the cover of the March/April issue of NH Home Magazine.
  • Bienvenue Condo Project wins nh home design award: So grateful to be honored! Our project Bienvenue Condominiums (in Concord) won the historic renovation category this year at NH Home's Design Awards.
  • A Day at the Museum: Having an awesome day at the deCordova Museum and Sculpture Park with Eliot Lothrop of Building Heritage, helping environmental artist Nancy Winship Milliken on her newest installation.
