Our story began when Neil Gearhart and Bob Mossbarger took on their first job winterizing the Wood County Fairgrounds. Over the years, we have grown into a full-service commercial and residential contractor, specializing in plumbing, heating, and cooling. Today, we serve thousands of loyal customers with hundreds of years of combined experience, 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.

Our team is led by Neil Gearhart, who has been at the helm since the beginning, and Bob Mossbarger, who dedicated 44 years of service before his retirement in 2016. We are proud to have such a strong foundation of leadership and expertise guiding our company.

Our plumbing services include sewer and drain cleaning, fixture installation, and repair. We specialize in residential and commercial sewer and drain cleaning, using state-of-the-art equipment to cable, snake, roto root, and televise all interior and exterior drainage problems. We also have an extensive inventory of plumbing fixtures and can source any product our clients need.

Heating and Cooling Services

Our heating and cooling services include seasonal tune-ups, new equipment installation, and repair. We offer annual precision tune-ups to extend the life of your equipment, reduce costly repairs, improve unit capacity, and lower energy bills. We also provide heating and cooling services for commercial and industrial clients.

Water Heaters

We are trained and certified service centers for both A. O. Smith and Bradford White water heaters. Additionally, we have experience with on-demand heaters and equipment such as the Rinnai tankless water heater.
